Phase 1: Discovery
Our project team will meet with you to learn about your time and attendance needs. We’ll gather your requirements down to the site level, since every worksite has its own needs. We’ll also work with you to determine which time collection options will best suit each facet of your workforce.
Phase 2: Planning
Once we understand your business needs, we’ll plan how to adapt Blueforce. Then we’ll build an implementation schedule around your priorities.
Phase 3: Building
After the plan is finalized, we’ll begin configuring your time sheet engine (i.e., defining your pay groups, identifying your sites) and setting up a framework that parallels your business. We’ll integrate Blueforce with your payroll and other software systems so information flows freely and securely between them.
Phase 4: Quality Assurance
We’ll conduct extensive QA testing before your system ‘goes live.’ For one or two pay periods, we do parallel test runs that allow us to troubleshoot any potential problems.
Phase 5: Deployment
Once your time clocks and other time tracking methods are in place, we’ll ‘flip the switch’ and—voilà—you’ll have a state-of-the-art time and attendance system. Then we’ll begin training your administrators and site managers, who will learn how to adapt the company-wide setup to suit their specific requirements.
Phase 6: Support Transition
At this point, we’ll review your implementation and determine next steps. We’ll keep you advised via weekly reports and assign you a technical support representative as well as a customer care representative. Your dedicated account reps will help you with ongoing system optimization.
